I don’t actually do Facebook, but the point is still the same: if you have time to do things online, you do have time to exercise. Well, I do anyway.
I have power walking dvds and I can complete a mile in 12-15 minutes. Well, shoot! I can knock out that much time just browsing one board on Pinterest! Once you realize all the benefits of working out (nearly) every day, you won’t be making excuses about time anymore, and you’ll just do it!
Again, we make time for things that are important to us. Period.
