This is how good it feels to complete a workout!! I may not think it necessarily, but my overall feeling is: “DONE“!! Not because I’m glad it’s over, but because there is pride and a sense of accomplishment when we do things that are a challenge for us. It also ROCKS that my body feels more alive after a workout and those good hormones are racing through me!

I tried jogging again the other night and a coyote ran in front of me!! I was freaked out, so I ran back home. Didn’t go to far that night.
OH MY GOODNESS!! That would’ve scared the junk out of me! LOL O_O
I know! The whole time I was running home I was thinking “I shouldn’t run because it will think I’m food”, but I ran anyway because I was scared. :0
