We have this meal every Sunday night. All four of us love turkey burgers this way (Samuel is a bit young still, but he sits with us ). It’s our last hurrah of the weekend, so to speak - our last chance to party before the new week starts!
It’s so easy to make them and they are soooo good. They are very similar in taste to a beef hamburger, because of the worcestershire sauce, but healthier. Enjoy!
Pic 1 Marinate the turkey patties in worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, I cook the steak fries.
Pic 2 Cover a broiler pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray (I cover it because it makes cleanup a lot faster).
Pic 3 Place patties on the pan, use more worcestershire sauce and a little more salt and pepper. Broil for 8 minutes, on middle rack in oven.
Pic 4 Flip patties, drizzle with a little more sauce, and broil for an additional 6 minutes.
Serve with lettuce, tomato, and any condiments you like!
